Yes! Yes! Yes! If you live in an apartment/suite/unit please include that number in the shipping address. If you are shipping to your work, please include the name of the company. Many orders are returned by the Post Office because of incomplete addresses. Incomplete addresses will also delay UPS orders.
That really depends on where you are and which shipping option you choose. Your order will generally leave our warehouse in 1-2 business days. How long it takes to get to you after that is determined by your choice of shipping method.
For customers outside of the United States, Customs can hold things up a bit. However, a good rule of thumb is to expect 9-18 days on shipments to Canada
Yikes! That is the last thing we want. We just ask that you contact us so we can find out what happened. From there, we’ll work out the details with you directly, to make sure there are no more unwelcome surprises.
The returned items must come back to us in their original packaging, unopened, within 30 days of delivery. Clearance items are final sales and will not be refunded if returned.
If you have an account with us (it is mighty convenient), simply go to the Completed Orders list in your account and click the Return Item(s) button. The website will guide you the rest of the way from there.

Make sure you put the order number on the outside of the package. You’ll get your refund within four weeks, but more often than not it will happen much faster than that.
